AdventureRoute Inc. operates as a guided mountain excursion and route-planning company. We design and lead hiking, trekking, and snowshoe routes across the Whistler-Blackcomb region, Garibaldi Provincial Park, and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. We are not a licensed travel agency under the BC Travel Industry Act and do not sell airline tickets, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, or packaged vacation products.

AdventureRoute Inc. maintains commercial general liability insurance (Policy ARC-2026-BC) covering guided excursion operations. This insurance does not replace personal travel or health insurance. Participants are strongly advised to carry their own health insurance and consider adventure sports coverage for mountain activities.

Any disputes arising from services provided by AdventureRoute Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal mediation or legal action in the courts of British Columbia.
